Tonight's episode of "True Life: Resist The Power! Saudi Arabia" may have marked the end of the season, but hopefully, the message will live on longer. The drowned voices of modern-thinking Saudi Arabians shouldn't be ignored, and MTV made it a point to give five young activists an outlet to share their own personal rebellion.

Check out this exclusive "True Life Diary" below, where show producers Heidi and Rachel talk about how impressed they were with the amount of patience they witnessed. No matter how much resistance and disappointment they documented, the levels of hope never wavered.

When I was 14 years old, my junior varsity volleyball coach asked me to attend a city council meeting to address Title IX and women's sports. I was, of course, oblivious to sexual discrimination and naively moaned about how bad the girls' gym smelled. Soon after, I discovered gender inequality firsthand, started to work in athletic compliance and eventually went on to study it.

While my stint at fighting for women's causes seems small compared with the four heavy stories revealed on tonight’s "True Life: Resist The Power! Saudi Arabia," the young rebels' conviction and genuine passion for change is completely relatable. I'm sure everyone has, at some point, been affected by outside expectations, limitations or even injustice.

+ Have you ever rebelled against a societal norm, or joined an activist group to change your community? Take the poll, then tell us more about your experience.

In the U.S., we risk nothing by sharing our political thoughts on TV. In fact, "sounding off" is encouraged by our thriving entertainment industry, news media and even the country's government leaders. We are lucky. For young people living in Saudi Arabia, publicly questioning the law can be grounds for examination by the authorities. In fact, speaking to our "True Life" cameras about their contrary opinions -- on everything from how they're supposed to dress to who they're allowed to see -- could be problematic.

On May 24 at 10/9c, "True Life" will close its season with a powerful documentary about the restrictions placed on the people of Saudi Arabia and what some of them are doing to rebel. Watch a sneak peek of "Resist The Power! Saudi Arabia" below, plus tune in on Monday to meet four inspiring young adults striving to send a message of change to a society steeped in ancient traditions and deep-seated religious beliefs.

As was made pretty apparent on tonight's "True Life: I'm a Newlywed," love is grand, but marriage can be a real bitch. Some couples just aren't cut out for that " 'til death do us part" stuff.

We hate to single out celebs for being flaky because we civilians make stupid decisions all the time. But let's face it, calling attention to famous people for their mistakes is a great distraction from our own problems. Below, six of the shortest starry unions in recent history.

DREW BARRYMORE AND JEREMY THOMAS
Length of marriage: One month
Snarky commentary: Who's Jeremy Thomas, you ask? Apparently just another dude who got sideswiped by notorious commitment-phobe Drew Barrymore. Back in the "E.T." days she was America's sweetheart, but Drew's now well-known in Hollywood for being a complete man-eater. In fact, her later marriage to MTV's uber-weirdo Tom Green only lasted five months! Poor guy never knew what hit him.

BRITNEY SPEARS AND JASON ALEXANDER
Length of marriage: 55 hours
Snarky commentary: It's not like she made the best decision in marrying K-Fed, but at least their marriage lasted longer than a few days. In 2004, Brit Brit became living proof that what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas when she wed childhood pal Jason Alexander inside a Malibu Rum-scented chapel.

NICKY HILTON AND TODD ANDREW MEISTER
Length of marriage: Three months
Snarky commentary: We always considered Nicky the smarter less brain-deadish of the two sisters, but Paris never went to Vegas with a sorta-boyfriend and left with a legit husband. While this story finally put Nicky in the spotlight, a few months later she went back to being That Other Hilton.

LISA MARIE PRESLEY AND NICOLAS CAGE
Length of marriage: Three months
Snarky commentary: At the time, Nic Cage seemed like a much more stable choice than Michael Jackson (who was married to Lisa Marie from May 1994 to December 1995), but ultimately, marrying the daughter of your hero doesn't necessarily translate into true love. These two split in 2002 after admitting they were too "Wild at Heart."

CARMEN ELECTRA AND DENNIS RODMAN
Length of marriage: Five months
Snarky commentary: It wasn't so much a shocker that these two bold party people took their oaths in -- wait for it -- Vegas (are you starting to see why Sin City weddings get a bad rap?), nor was it a shock when Rodman tried to have the marriage annulled after only nine days. They ultimately stayed together for five months, presumably because all the press coverage was enough to keep them smiling.

PAMELA ANDERSON AND KID ROCK
Length of marriage: Four months
Snarky commentary: Four years following their broken engagement, this rocker groupie and big-booby worshiper reconnected in 2006 and held wedding celebrations across the country. But when the kegs were kicked, so was that lovin' feeling.
Bonus points: Pam married "1 Night in Paris" sex tape star Rick Salomon for a total of five months in 2007.

On tonight's episode of "True Life: I'm A Newlywed," we watched two twentysomething couples tie the knot and embark on a brand-new life together. Erika, who moved away from her family and in with her new husband, Will, found that relocating for love took a lot of compromise and patience. So what did she think was the hardest part about starting off her marriage in front of an audience?

Check out our exclusive "True Life Diary," where Erica admits that being intimate on camera was definitely uncomfortable! Still, she's thrilled to be a newlywed and hopes that people can identify with her story.

As more and more celebrities cop to having plastic surgery, more and more "regular people" across the country are considering getting their own procedures done. (In a poll we conducted last month, 29 percent of you said you've thought about signing up for a nip/tuck.)

As we saw on tonight's "True Life: I Hate My Plastic Surgery," unfortunately the results aren't always what the patient envisioned. And not liking your new look can come at quite a steep cost. Peep this list of national average prices from YourPlasticSurgeryGuide.com:

Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck): $5,381
Breast augmentation, silicone gel implants: $3,860
Breast augmentation, saline implants: $3,541
Breast lift: $4,414
Breast reduction (women): $5,637
Butt augmentation: $4,200
Butt lift: $4,675
Cheek implants: $2,732
Chin augmentation: $2,269
Facelift: $6,881
Gynecomastia (male breast reduction): $3,294
Hair transplantation: $5,218
Liposuction: $2,803
Lower body lift: $7,809
Rhinoplasty (nose job): $4,493
Vaginal rejuvenation: $2,689

These are just the financial costs, of course. What about the health risks people take when they go under the knife for cosmetic purposes -- especially when they're looking for a bargain?

Outside of the U.S., in countries such as Brazil, Mexico and Thailand, some procedures go for half the price (and can even include hotel stay and meals). The problem is that you're more likely to receive a botched job when you can't properly research the doctor and medical establishment. According to the Christian Science Monitor, who spoke with Tony Staffieri, the marketing and public-relations manager for the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), patients can also run into problems if follow-up care is needed.

+ Do you think altering your appearance is worth the money, as well as the dangerous health risks? Sound off in the comments!

Tons of people want to enhance how they look, and we wouldn't judge anyone for considering going under the knife, but it really sucks to see them regret their decision. Tonight's episode of "True Life: I Hate My Plastic Surgery" told the story of Amanda and Nikki, two young women who were just as unhappy with the results of their procedures as they were with their bodies beforehand.

For Amanda, her depleted energy level and dreary outlook made removing her silicon implants a no-brainer. Check out this exclusive "True Life Diary," where she updates on her life since becoming au natural again. While she's been able to get more modeling work and is feeling healthy without the implants, she's still researching "natural fat transfers."

If you're a regular viewer of "True Life," then you know that each week the series focuses on a different topic. Some episodes are lighthearted and silly and others are painfully exposing and hard to digest. The point of it all is to provide people with outlets to share their lives in the hopes that they might teach, and possibly even inspire others.

Tonight's episode of "True Life: I Have A Traumatic Brain Injury" did just that. The music you'll hear in the episode is written by Matt McCartie of Theft, who penned the song "Fireworks Explode" for a friend who is also a survivor of a traumatic brain injury. McCartie rerecorded the track specifically for "True Life" to hopefully help anyone that feels broken. The song is is available as a free download below.

On tonight's "True Life: I Have A Traumatic Brain Injury," we met three young men whose lives were completely rattled after being in car accidents. Neil, Donnie and Adam all faced similar physical, behavioral and social battles.

Check out this exclusive "True Life Diary," where Neil checks in and talks about his experience being filmed for the series. Still working hard to get back on track, he's happy he could share his life with viewers so that other survivors can learn how to fight.

On tonight's "True Life: I'm Hustling in the Hamptons," we watched "Jonny From Long Island" juggle a number of jobs to make enough money to move out to California. In the end, he realized that The Hamptons were too hoity-toity for his taste and that he was totes oves the whole scene.

In our exclusive "True Life Diary," Jonny picks up the camera months later and fills us in on what he's been doing since taping wrapped. Not only has he stopped drinking and smoking (yet still claims he parties like an animal), but he's also pursuing a new career as a model. Check it out:
