We're no Randy Jackson, but we're guessing that if you wanna make it in tha biz, you need a whole lotta charisma and talent. We've all heard Sahar harmonize inside the "Real World: New Orleans" shower, but the girl is definitely off-key in the confidence department. On tonight's episode, she made huge strides by mustering up the courage to grab the mic and do her thing in front of a room of strangers. Even though she messed up and forgot a few words (OK, more like lines), she was resolute on that stage and that's all that really matters ... right?

+ You've heard Sahar sing, so does she have a shot at becoming a successful artist? Or is she just too darn shy? Take the poll and share your opinion!

The "Real World: New Orleans" whodunits never seem to stretch beyond the limits of the bathroom. First it was the urine-coated toothbrush caper, and tonight Ashlee found her year-old, half-consumed bottle of Percocet empty. Pinning the crime on Ryan was easy until he hot potatoed the blame over to Knight, whose addictive past made for a semi-believable story ... even coming from Ryan. Frustrated with his roommates' lack of confidence, Knight marched to the pharmacy to pick up a drug test, peed his truth for all to see and proved to everyone -- except Sahar -- that he wasn't the sticky-fingered prescription meds thief.

+ Put on your Sherlock hat and tell us who you think took Ashlee's pills. Was it Ryan, Knight or someone else? Take the poll!

Knight's ability to calm down his "Real World: New Orleans" roommates and keep them from punching each other has often made him the voice of reason in the house, but when he's not busy refereeing Ryan and Preston, Knight plays a much different role -- the accomplice. Check out this gnarly sneak peek from tonight's all-new episode, where Ryan notices that one of their tropical fish has died, and instead of doing the right thing (which, in this scenario, would be just about anything other than what's actually done), he and Knight decide to fry Nemo and eat him for dinner! Now, we don't know much about cooking a pet, but aren't you -- at the very least -- supposed to rinse it off first?

"Real World: New Orleans" airs Wednesdays at 10/9c, but you don’t have to wait 'til then to check out the raw footage. Every day, we’ll be sifting through the Real World Dailies, so make sure you're getting your fill of the NOLA crew. (Tough job, we know, but, hey -- someone’s gotta do it!)

We've seen Preston don blond wigs and high heels (à la Lady Gaga) so it's safe to say he has no problem challenging the barriers of "sexual appropriateness." In fact, his affinity for playing dress-up must be widely known, because one of his friends sent him a care package stuffed with all sorts of oddball items, like lipstick, polka-dot ribbon and sparkly eye shadow.

Check out this Real World Daily, where Ashlee, Sahar and McKenzie bring Presto's box of goodies into The Confessional, remove each item and question what would prompt anyone to send Preston decapitated Barbie parts. (Sidenote: Hey girls, it's illegal to go through someone's mail!)

Earlier this week, we told you that Kim Stolz and her traveling troupe of gal pals made a stop in New Orleans to chat with Jemmye, McKenzie, Sahar and Ashlee about their periods, and more specifically, how the "Real World: New Orleans" cast members adapted to living with four open, expressive ladies who have no shame in sharing details about their relationship with "Flo." The girls had a lot to say on the topic, and we gave you an opportunity to ask them for a little more info. Here's what you wanted them to answer: "What's the most inconvenient time you've gotten your period?"

Check out the video below for McKenzie and Jemmye's response, and find out why they think starting their cycle at a guy's house is the worst possible scenario.

It was heartbreaking to watch Jemmye's tough girl exterior completely come apart on the latest episode of "Real World: New Orleans." Prior to meeting Knight, she hadn't shared her story of abuse with anyone -- not even her easygoing mom -- but opening up to him about her ex-boyfriend was only one small step on the road to recovery. Her dark memories still hang close by, and as we saw tonight, when she has too much to drink, her past came racing to the foreground.

+ We're relieved that Jemmye's finally ready to speak with a professional, but should she also consider putting down the liquor? Or does the girl deserve a few drinks after all this drama? Take the poll and let us know what you think.

If you were able to overlook Ryan's deplorable high-risk fart (remember when he tried to pass gas, but accidentally, er, you know what happened) on tonight's episode of "Real World: New Orleans," then you might've been completely taken aback to see a gentler, softer side to him. While half of the house was partying it up for St. Patrick's Day, Ryan was at the Mission, preparing meals for less-than-privileged people. The fact that Ry (who weeks earlier Freddy Krueger'd Preston's hat) took an interest in someone other than himself, was not only endearing, but made us wonder whether or not we'd written him off too soon.

+ Is Ryan really a genuine, nice person that's gotten a bad rap, or is he still a strange hair dryer-toting guy that happened to do a nice thing for once? Take the poll and tell us what you think!

When Jemmye, Ashlee, Sahar and McKenzie get a visit from "Flo," it's a typical time for them to stop acting polite and start being real. But periods aren't all that bad, according to the these sassy "Real World: New Orleans" cast members.

The girls recently got together with MTV News' Kim Stolz for a candid chat about their menstrual cycle, and though it's sometimes awkward for young women to share stories related to their nether-region, they were all extremely open, honest and chill. Applause for the maturity, ladies! Check out the video below of their hang session, plus take our poll and tell us which topic you'd like to see cast members Jemmye and McKenzie discuss next -- we'll post the clip with the most votes on Friday.

For any seasoned "Real World" fan, watching casties drink themselves to oblivion is nothing new. Spotting someone sprawled on the bathroom floor, covered in vile fluids while they promise to swear off alcohol is about as common a sight as seeing them gawk over their cool new digs and fish tank. But sometimes, every so often, a castie really can have way, way too much alcohol. Even for "Real World" standards.

Check out this sneak peek of tonight's episode of "Real World:NOLA," where Jemmye gets pretty OOC. She barrels through the front door, eats sh**, then takes a nap on the shower floor ... while the water is running! Thankfully, Knight's there to at least monitor the situation.
