Tonight, the eight high-flying athletes on "MTV's Ultimate Parkour Challenge" headed over to the multimillion dollar Hollyridge Castle. There, they scaled towers and jumped over moats (who knew there were still trenches like that in Cali!).

To top off the episode, we have another instructional video to help complete your Parkour knowledge. This week, Pip Anderson and "Jenx" discuss the importance of "flips," which is a fun way for the perilous athletes to show off their skills and body control. Check it out.

Tonight's episode of "MTV's Ultimate Parkour Challenge" brought us a bit farther south to Melody Ranch, California. (We're shocked the guys abandoned the ocean views!) And after watching three episodes chock-full of perilous stunts, we're still as mystified by their talent as we were in the beginning!

So far, we've learned the importance of "creating a line" and maintaining "flow," and this week King David is schooling you on balance. Sure, you use balance every day when you walk, but can you put all of your weight on one hand while stabilizing on top of a roof? Neither can we. Check out the video below -- it's wild.

Tonight's episode of "MTV's Ultimate Parkour Challenge" brought us to sunny Venice, California, where eight athletic and courageous athletes took on celebrated Muscle Beach. After watching two nerve-racking rounds of ballsy stunts, it's time for a little more Parkour 101 to up your game.

Last week, Pip Andersen explained what a "line" was (you remember, don't you?), and tonight's lesson is all about creating "flow." Check out the video below and listen to King David demonstrate the importance of being smooth.

As you saw on tonight's premiere of "MTV's Ultimate Parkour Challenge," to be a parkour athlete means you're one helluva brave individual -- 'cuz you're gonna be vaulting over things most people have no business even being near. But that's what makes these airborne specimens so badass.

In case you're still a little unclear about some of the moves, we've got more schooling to help you out. Check out the video below, where Pip explains why it's important for all the guys to create their own lines (you'll have to check out the vid to find out what "lines" are). Then, watch a play-by-play of him and his buddy in some wild back-alley action.

By now you should have a bare-bones understanding about the sport of parkour, but can you imagine if you were married to one of its high-flying athletes? We asked wife Becky Andersen to spill the beans on what being married to Pip (who you'll meet on tonight's premiere of "MTV's Ultimate Parkour Challenge") is like. Here's what she said:

Being the wife of a parkour athlete makes life very exciting. It definitely forces me to live life in the moment, as things tend to happen last minute. Last year, with just 48-hours notice, Pip had to fly to L.A. for two weeks, returning just days before our wedding! In that time he had to write his speech, sort out the music for the reception and go to the wedding rehearsal. So it can be difficult to plan ahead, but I wouldn't change it for the world.

People often ask me, "Don't you get scared he's gonna hurt himself?" It’s kind of difficult to answer that because I’m confident he knows his limits and wouldn't attempt something if he didn't think it was possible. Yet, when I see him on top of a four-story building about to kong a 12-foot gap, I get scared; I'm reminded that there is always a risk. All in all, his constant ability to improve never ceases to amaze me.

Another great thing about being married to a parkour athlete is the opportunity to travel. We're currently spending four months in Los Angeles filming for "MTVs Ultimate Parkour Challenge."

Overall, being the wife of a parkour athlete has good and bad points, but for me the nine months that we've been married have definitely made life more interesting!

This Thursday at 10:30/9:30c, a brand spankin' new series is hitting your boob tube -- "MTV's Ultimate Parkour Challenge" -- and up until a few minutes ago, we had simply no clue what to expect.

Thankfully, production put together a video guide so we could get up to speed on this popular niche sport. In the Intro to Parkour package below, the pros explain the game as "the art of finding the fastest way from Point A to Point B, using only the human body." (The quickest movement between two rooftops might shock you!) Some of these athletes are bound to take some wild risks, so before tuning in Thursday for the premiere, prepare yourself with a little 101:
