In the Regional round of ABDC, Static Noyze had to battle two other crews in order to move on to Nationals. Last night, they found themselves in a similar situation ... well, except this time they didn't make it out alive.

Do you think if Enrique Novales was healthy enough to perform, Static Noyze would still be in the competition? Tell us in the comments!

It seems like just yesterday there were seven crews left ... wait, that was yesterday! Well, there are only five now, and we want to know how you feel about the remaining dancers. Any favorites?

Let us know in the comments how you'll be voting from here on out. Who's next to go?

This week's ABDC challenge moved some of the crews to channel their inner disco freak! We hung out backstage to catch the dancers unwinding before the night's competition began. The barbershop is now open...

For the first time in ABDC history, two crews were told to "walk it out" on the same night. To be honest, it kinda seemed like the double elimination softened the blow for both Static Noyze and Heavy Impact, who talked to us after the show about their proud run in the competition. Check it out:

Poreotix are confident that what they do IS dancing (contrary to some angry fans), but they're also excited to unleash their new material on America. The crew plans to shake things up tonight with some breakin' and wackin'! Hear what they had to say about it during rehearsals:

When we asked Boxcuttuhz' Lydia Paek to come in and be our guest blogger this week, we had no idea that she would grace us with her sultry voice as well. Watch the video and listen to her vocals, plus see how Jet Li's robotic movements throw Lydia off her game.

At ABDC HQ, the crews spend so much time together that they tend to pick up on each other's nuances (and use them to poke fun!). Wanna know how they've all been getting along lately?

We caught up with Saltare backstage as they tried to teach the other crews some sick jump-roping and booty shakin'! And remember the dart wars? Well, they're back ...

The crews literally lit up the stage at last night's ABDC taping (and we ain't just talking about the disco-themed dance floor!), but the coolest surprise was when Oscar nominee Gabourey Sidibe showed up. She came to support the crews (and to steal a hug from her celeb-crush JC Chasez). Here are some more highlights from the evening:

— Role reversal happens as one tiny female picks up her male counterpart!
— One crew starts working out mid-performance.
— An injury has dramatic results on one of the dancers and their crew.
— One crew releases a walrus on stage!
Omarion compares a dance mistake to a car crash.

If you haven't seen Gabby's critically acclaimed feature yet, Precious is now available on DVD, Blu-ray Disc and as a digital download from Lions Gate Home Entertainment.

Choreographer to big names like Madonna, Britney Spears and Celine Dion, RJ Durell jumped on board this week to give the ABDCrews better direction for the disco challenge. We asked him about what working on this challenge was like.

"What's unique about this project is that we are trying to take disco and make it specific to each of the crews, so it's innovative and not just run-of-the-mill disco," he said.

He also told us not to anticipate just standard '70s music: "Although the songs live in that authentic disco place, they've all been remixed with very modern and current beats behind them."

We went out to lunch with our favorite (and only!) crew from way up north, Blueprint Cru. They've been itchin' for a little taste of home, so they showed us a Canadian local treat that's much harder to come by here — Poutine!

Check out the video and find out what American condiment keeps this crew puzzled.
