Earlier this week, we brought in our own personal champion, Supreme Soul's Kool Raul, to close out the "ABDC" blogging season. Homeboy chilled with the five all-star crews backstage and asked them questions about how life's been going since winning the competition. In this video clip, check out who has a Vegas show coming up. (I already got my tix!)

There's something truly special about having five "ABDC" champion crews hang out together backstage. Earlier this week at rehearsals, the talent level was through the roof, especially when 8-year-old Jalen showed up to play. D-Trix, we luv ya, but you just got served! Check it out:

As the "ABDC" Champions for Charity episode approaches, we thought you'd like to know who the all-star crews have teamed up with to help give back to their respective communities:

Poreotix has united with an organization called Everybody Dance Now! EDN! provides a healthy outlet away from the peer pressure of violence, drugs, alcohol and body image in the form of dance.

We Are Heroes has banded together with the Spartant Sparkles, the nation’s first cheerleading squad for students with special needs. The kids have disabilities ranging from Down syndrome to autism and cheer alongside other cheerleaders at school pep rallies, as well as home football and basketball games.

Quest Crew has been working alongside an inspirational youth who created a movie called "Say It Loud," which promotes the importance of education and having a “Plan B” when dreams of becoming a professional athlete, rapper or superstar fall short of the goal.

Super Cr3w has joined up with Marvelyn Brown, a girl who's HIV-positive and has spoken about the illness to half a million people around the world -- 200,000 of which went out and got tested for the disease after hearing her.

And finally, JabbaWockeeZ has been working with a cancer survivor who, after having his left leg amputated, went on to become a successful Paralympic skier and create a social networking site for amputees to ask questions, get answers and develop an active community.

As the five champion crews prepare for Thursday night's encore performance, we thought we'd get your heart pumping by reminding you why you love these dancers so much. Just click play to feel your heartbeat race.

This Thursday, you'll recognize all the crews on stage ... except for one new face. It seems Quest Crew's Ryan Feng recently injured his ankle and is still recovering from surgery, so in his place will be Aris Paracuelles.

During downtime today, we asked Aris where he was during Season 3. "I've been with Quest since day one," he told us, "but when it came time to audition, the max number of dancers was seven. Plus, I had to go finish school."

So how exactly does it feel to make it to the stage? "I was just looking around at all these crews who have won their seasons and spent so much time on this stage, and I kept wondering if I belonged here. But whether people know it or not, I'm still Quest, so in the end I feel I do," he shared.

Tune in Thursday at 10/9c to see Aris finally get a chance to represent his crew on "ABDC."

Each season the title of "America's Best Dance Crew" has been handed out to one deserving crew, but this week, we'll get to see all five champions share the stage. We want to know who you think is the champion's champion. Is it the originator, JabbaWockeeZ, or the newest inductees, Poreotix?

Sound off: Out of the five winning crews, which do YOU consider the best of the best?

"America's Best Dance Crew" is giving back to its audience by highlighting young people that are "doing something" for their neighborhoods. The show has partnered with the award-winning national not-for-profit organization, Do Something, to honor the country's best volunteers.

This Thursday, the five winning crews from past seasons of "ABDC" will return to the stage to celebrate young activists who are championing great causes. Each alum will get the chance to work with the volunteer’s organization, then the dancers will take their efforts to the next level by doing an exhibition performance.

Do YOUR part by tuning in for this special show!

After Thursday's live "ABDC" finale, we chilled in the garage with all the Season 5 crews and got them to share their final thoughts with us. Some were emotional; others were just plain hilarious. Even for me the moment was bittersweet, as it was my last competition-related blog video to produce. For the final time this season, check it yo:

It's gonna be hard to top last week's nail-biting finale, but gathering the five champs from past seasons is a damn good start! Here's the music America's Best Dance Crews will be rockin' to this Thursday night at 10/9c:

JabbaWockeeZ - Europe, "The Final Countdown"
Super Cr3w - K'naan, "ABCs"
Quest Crew - Swing Kids, "Sing, Sing, Sing"
We Are Heroes - Black Eyed Peas, "Rock That Body"
Poreotix - The Chipmunks, "Witchdoctor"

If you're a huge "ABDC" fan like me, then you can't wait to see all of these powerhouse crews onstage together! And I can guarantee from what I've seen in rehearsals that it's gonna be a good one.

Opening Number: DJ Khaled, "All I Do Is Win"

Last night's finale certainly lived up to the hype, yielding one of the closest vote totals in "ABDC" history. In the end, Poreotix pulled out in front of the Canadian crew and took home the golden Bboy award, plus 100,000 big ones!

The regional performances were awesome, too (well, except for that not-so-little snafu), so we wanna know: Which coast do you think ripped it the hardest? Sound off in the comments.
